Foreclosed in Syracuse
Padlocked door, boarded windows, mildewed walls. The home at 121 Anderson Ave. is one of 38 tax-defaulted properties seized by the Syracuse land bank. New York State Attorney General Eric Schneiderman’s office is allocating a $3 million grant to rebuild Syracuse vacant and abandoned neighborhoods.
